Sayana Apartments is the result of a joint-venture project between Damai Putra Group and a well-known company from Japan, Nishitetsu Group. Both of them combined their shared vision in this project: to provide the highest quality living space.
In its development, Sayana Apartments embodies the following design principles:

- Externalized: Create active frontages to contribute to lively streets and public spaces.
- Human-Scale: Design an interesting experience at ground-level. Focus on how the building meets the street.

- Vernacular: Respect local climate and cultural heritage.
ABOUT DAMAI PUTRA GROUP
Damai Putra Group is a developer company that operates in building hoising complex, commercial buildings and city development. Established on 30 April 1981, Damai Putra Group has erected 30.000 houses in a many cities throughout Indonesia, such as Jakarta, Bekasi, Purwokerto, Purbalingga, Wonosobo, Purworejo, Magelang, Sragen, Salatiga, Yogyakarta, Madiun, Ponorogo, dan Sidoarjo.
